We are an out-of-network provider and a private pay practice only. We offer "superbills" to clients to submit for reimbursement. 

 Extended sessions are billed in 15-minute increments: $50 per [15] mins.


Sometimes we all need a little extra support and coaching. It's often too late when we are forced to realize that our attempted solutions have resulted in predictable outcomes. Be preemptive and courageous in acquiring the tools you need to realize your true potential. We can provide the support, tools, and coaching you deserve.



Good Faith Estimate

You have the right to receive a "Good Faith Estimate" explaining how much your medical care will cost. Under the law, healthcare providers need to give patients who don't have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services.


You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. This includes related costs like medical tests, prescription drugs, equipment, and hospital fees.

Make sure your healthcare provider gives you a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least 1 business day before your medical service or item. You can also ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or service.

If you receive a bill that is at least $400 or more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.

Payment is due 48 hours before the session.  A valid credit card or service retainer, like a money order if no card is available) is required to reserve your session time. Credit cards can be charged up to 48 hours before the session time. We accept payments by Credit Card, PayPal, and Zelle.

We have a 48-hour cancellation policy:  We enforce our 48-hour session cancellation policy. The full session fee is charged for appointments not canceled at least 48 hours before the session starts.  This includes all/no-shows and appointments made on the same day. Sessions must be canceled 48 hours before the session starts.

Session more than 15 minutes late will be charged the full session fee and a new session will need to be scheduled. Payment fees for extended sessions (that run over scheduled times are charged after the session).


Group training, or other professional services (letters or court-related activities), will be agreed to when they are requested or indicated by treatment planning. The fee starts at $250/hr for these requests.


An initial Intake Session is required for all new clients. 
Parent(s) are required to complete the registration on behalf of all children under 13 years old. 
All clients seeking service must be registered. No exceptions.
